Loved the house tour. So glad to hear that your folks are getting settled in their new environs. I know they are thrilled to be near you. Congrats on the soon-to-be addition to the family. Troy & Co. moved to LA in Dec/Jan. They are happy to be back on the West Coast and so close to Gia's mom (Hermosa Beach to Newport Beach)-- built-in babysitter for Mikayla(5) and Tyler(3). Just wanted to say "hi" and wish you all well.
